Account information, Profile data (name, photos, bio, status), Location data, Device identifiers, Usage analytics, Communications, Safety reports.

3. Sensitive Reality Disclosure

Because Vyona enables real-world meetings, information you share may be seen by other users. You assume the risks associated with sharing information.

4. How We Use Data

Operate the platform, improve safety, detect fraud, enforce Terms, comply with law.

5. Legal Bases

We rely on: contract necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent where required.

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell personal data. We may share it with vendors, authorities, or during corporate transactions.

7. International Transfers

Data may be processed globally with safeguards.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Vyona retains personal data as necessary for: platform operation, user safety and fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution. Account Deletion: When you delete your Vyona account, all information associated with your account — including name, profile photos, status updates, messages, and other personal content — is permanently deleted from Vyona systems. Certain information may persist only to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements. Such retention is limited and does not include active account data.

No system is completely secure. You accept this risk.

10. Automated Processing

Algorithms may assist with recommendations and safety detection.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to law and identity verification, you may request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability. These rights are not absolute.

12. Submitting Requests

Requests should be submitted via: in-app Privacy Center, verified email. Email requests to support@Vyonaapp.com may require additional verification and may be redirected.

13. Identity Verification

Vyona may require: login authentication, multi-factor verification, device confirmation, documentation when fraud is suspected. Requests may be denied if unverifiable.

14. Non-User Requests

Non-users must provide sufficient data for identification. Vyona is not obligated to respond to unverifiable requests.

15. Excessive Requests

We may refuse or charge fees for repetitive or abusive submissions where permitted.

16. Authorized Agents

Agents must provide signed authorization and pass verification.

17. Children

Strictly 18+. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors may be deleted.

18. Policy Updates

Continued use equals acceptance.
